Travel Counsellors rewards top sellers with Corfu and Sardinia trips

Top-performing Travel Counsellors agents celebrated their success by spending long weekends at European islands this month.

The agency’s ‘Gold Weekends’ are all-expenses-paid trips for homeworkers who hit a certain level of sales over the year.

A total of 31 agents stayed in Corfu between May 5-8, with a further 48 visiting Sardinia between May 11-14.

The number of agents with ‘gold’ status now stands at 252 – the highest figure ever – which equates to 13% of the company worldwide.

Those visiting Sardinia, staying at the Conrad Hilton, enjoyed excursions and dinners courtesy of trip sponsors Hilton, Silversea, Oceania and Air Charter Service.

The previous gold weekend was hosted by the Grecotel Corfu Imperial resort, where guests had an exclusive dinner and viewed all of the accommodation on offer in order to help them sell to their customers.

A Travel Counsellors spokesperson said: “The trips are organised to recognise the great achievements of gold sellers and enables them to experience some of the great trips on offer for their customers.”
