Simpson Travel reports 30% growth for ultra-luxury villas

Specialist villa operator Simpson Travel has reported a 30% year-on-year increase in bookings across its Simpson Signature portfolio.

The collection, previously known as Simpson Exclusive, represents the operator’s “most luxurious” offering. It was relaunched for the 2025 season with more than 50 villas across Greece, Turkey, Corsica and Italy.

The operator credits the collection’s growth to “increased demand for this type of property from specialist agents”, as well as the appointment of Sarah Barnes as a dedicated Simpson Signature specialist.

Agents who book a Simpson Signature villa can secure a range of perks for their clients, such as fast track airline boarding and a complimentary gift hamper upon arrival.

There is also a new dedicated concierge service for all Signature bookings, which can arrange private chef services, boat hire and spa treatments.

Agents can also book a virtual call with Barnes and their client prior to booking to discuss the details of their stay.
