The cruise line said it is now recruiting for a senior sales executive to oversee field sales and national accounts.

Meanwhile, SeaDream has appointed Bob Becker as guest development vice-president, a new role focusing on direct/inside sales. Becker has previously worked for Celebrity Cruises and Norwegian Cruise Line.

Furthermore, SeaDream has named Kari Tarnowski as its new marketing vice-president, leading marketing efforts globally, including digital, advertising and brand positioning, as well as the company’s global marketing strategy development and execution.

Tarnowski brings more than 30 years of cruise and travel industry experience in marketing, brand, revenue management, sales and reservations.

Over the past two decades, she has held senior marketing roles at companies such as Crystal Cruises, Regent Seven Seas Cruises and Silversea, and was part of the launch team for in 2002.

Brynestad said: “We’re thrilled to welcome Kari to the SeaDream Family. Kari’s extensive background and proven track record of success with luxury brands and the cruise industry makes her a perfect fit for our team and the SeaDream brand.”

Tarnowski added: “For me, this feels like coming home. I am returning to my roots in cruising, in a company with huge potential for further growth.

“For me, the joy of cruising is in yachting. Small ship experiences where the crew know your name and your favourite drink on the first day. Nothing can match that unique experience.”

She will start at SeaDream on February 12 and report directly to Brynestad.
