The Scenic Group has revealed details of a ‘Moments of Wonder’ incentive prize programme as part of winter’s peak season Wave campaign

Agents who make a new river or ocean booking with Scenic Luxury Cruises & Tours or Emerald Cruises between January 3 and February 28, 2023, will be entered into a prize draw.

The prices are one of six ‘Moments of Wonder’ that showcase some of the ‘Scenic Enrich’ and EmeraldPLUS experiences available to their clients when sailing.

They include helicopter rides, private dining and cooking experiences at a five-star restaurant, a private vineyard tour, a luxury evening of wine and whisky tasting with an expert and spa evenings.

The events will be hosted by Scenic Group sales managers across the UK.

The group is also offering the latest Apollo Hybrid bike to one winner – to showcase what is available on an EmeraldACTIVE excursion.

Andrea Stafford, Scenic and Emerald Cruises director of trade sales, said: “In the long, dark winter months travel agents are always at their busiest, so we thought it would be great to give them the chance to brighten things up with a fun competition.

“The Enrich excursions that we offer clients with Scenic Luxury Cruises & Tours are part of what makes our holidays stand out from the crowd – each is something truly amazing with real ‘brag appeal’.

“Guests love the fact they have access to experiences and events that aren’t typically available. What could be better than bringing some of that excitement to the UK.”

Scenic Group’s sales managers will also visit stores and call centres across the country and host their own little ‘moments of wonder’, such as coffee and doughnuts for all, luxury goody bags or a team lunch.

Stafford added: “We now have our biggest ever call centre team and will have dedicated turn-of-year phonelines so we can deal with incoming calls as quickly as possible.

“We also have two agency sales support team members to help with any questions agents have.”

• Savings of up to £2,300 per couple and new itineraries featuring shorter durations and pre-sailing city stays are among the offers available from Scenic Luxury Cruises and Tours during the forthcoming peak booking season.

There are also private door-to-door transfers, including business class flights, on all European sailings for 2023 booked in the offer period from December 20 to February 28, 2023.
