Scenic has added five expedition voyages to Scenic Eclipse’s Antarctica programme for 2023-2024.

The extra voyages mean passengers have more opportunities to visit the Antarctic Peninsula, South Georgia, the Weddell Sea and the Chilean Fjords across the 15 voyages in the programme, the line said.

Passengers who book by November 30, 2022, will receive a complimentary business class flight upgrade, plus an early booking saving of up to 10%.

Prices for the 16-day Antarctica in Depth sailing, departing on November 20, 2023, start from £14,000. Departures for this itinerary are also scheduled around the Christmas and new year period.

The lead-in price for the 24-day Antarctica and Chilean Fjords sailing, departing on November 2, 2023, is £19,830. The itinerary includes a stop-off at Chilean city of Valparaiso.

For passengers who want “an expedition deep into the heart of the polar region”, there is the 18-day Antarctica and the Weddell Sea and the 19-day Beyond the Antarctic Circle Voyage.

The round-trip Antarctica and the Weddell Sea sailing departing on December 12, 2023, leads in from £17,225, and the Beyond the Antarctic Circle Voyage is priced from £16,745.

Scenic Eclipse (pictured) features 10 dining experiences, nine bars and suites with private verandas and butler service.

Flights, transfers, dining experiences and drinks are included in the price.
