Rosewood London is set to mark its 10-year anniversary this October with a series of exclusive events and partnerships.
The campaign, titled Rosewood London X, which plays on the Roman numeral for 10, will celebrate a “decade of innovation, craftsmanship and exquisite experiences” as well as the property’s affinity to fashion, art and food.
Events will largely centre around the week of October 9-15, with some partnerships extending into the festive season.
Rosewood London’s restaurants will host the majority of celebrations. In The Pie Room and Holborn Dining Room, British designer Anya Hindmarch has temporarily redesigned the space and pie packaging with her iconic eye motif, and created a limited-edition ‘Pie with Eyes’ keyring for guests to buy, priced at £150.
Head pie maker Nokx Majozi will craft a selection of takeaway pies to buy between October 9-14 from 11am and 4pm, with a chance to win prizes including a one-night suite stay and a private dining experience for six in The Pie Room.
Food artist Imogen Kwok has been appointed to reimagine Mirror Room’s dining concept, with a new menu available to sample from October 10, while British brasserie Holborn Dining Room will host a three-night pop-up courtesy of chef Gaurav from Rosewood Hong Kong’s one-Michelin-starred restaurant CHAAT from October 10-12.
Rosewood London has also become an official sponsor for Frieze Art Fair 2023, allowing hotel guests to book the Frieze experience in partnership with Ruinart, which comes with chauffeur service to the exhibition space, VIP access and a complimentary glass of R de Ruinart at the Ruinart Art Bar.
A partnership with single malt whisky brand The Macallan will also see the hotel's courtyard and terrace host a pop-up art installation inspired by the landscape of Speyside from October 11 for a limited time only.
A guided experience featuring a tasting menu paired with whisky cocktails will also be available to book on selected evenings via Rosewood London’s website.
The celebrations will continue into the festive season with British jewellery house Garrard taking over Rosewood London’s Christmas decorations. The brand will transform the property’s Christmas tree, lobby and Mirror Room with decorative, jewelled wings and host a dedicated Art Afternoon Tea experience specially for the Christmas season.
Rosewood London’s managing director Michael Bonsor, who opened the property 10 years ago, said: “We are honoured to be celebrating this moment, it has been an incredible journey for Rosewood London so far. We look forward to bringing our communities together for a week of activations led by true visionaries in their field.
“We will continue creating a hub for people to come together for many more years to come - after all, it’s the people that make the place.”
