Raffles Maldives Meradhoo reopens with new residences and kids' club

Raffles Maldives Meradhoo has reopened following a six-week closure featuring additional Beach Residences and a new Raffles Kids Club.

The property, which spans two private islands in the Gaafu Alifu Atoll, converted five previous one-bedroom Deluxe Villas into Beach Residences, bringing the total to 13. The new, two-bedroom residences feature private pools and views across the Indian Ocean.

Raffles Maldives Meradhoo now offers 38 beachfront and overwater villas in total.

The hotel’s new kids' club aims to keep children entertained offering dolphin cruises and guided snorkelling tours among the property’s two house reefs.

Other activities include coconut painting, origami, bracelet-making, pizza and cupcake cookery sessions, fitness classes and alfresco cinema experiences under the stars.

Young guests can even discover their own treasure island story with an Explorer’s Handbook guiding them to clues across the resort.

Children’s butlers are also on hand for welcome and turndown amenities and babysitting services.
