Promotions confirmed at expanded HAL and Seabourn UK contact centre

A series of key UK contact centre promotions have been outlined by sister brands Holland America Line and Seabourn.

The changes come under the management of Sarah-Jane Jacobs, who was recently promoted from UK contact centre manager to UK and Europe senior contact centre manager.

The most recent change has seen Lucie Cousin step up from her role as a concierge to key accounts specialist.

In other moves, Sam Walker was promoted from concierge to res accounting representative, while Richard Freeborn and Hanna Lewens moved up from being international air sea representatives to international air sea specialists.

Caroline Saunders was elevated earlier in the year from concierge to key accounts specialist and Lucia Falso from concierge to senior concierge.

These followed David Wright becoming a team leader alongside Joanna Taylor.

UK and Europe managing director Lynn Narraway said: “Our contact centre team work so hard in handling cruise, air and hotel reservations for our guests and travel partners, as well as skilfully handling the many enquiries and significant administration these roles entail.

“It is therefore a real pleasure to be able to reward members of the team for their knowledge, experience and loyalty.”

Jacobs added: “The variety of what we do daily means we are always kept busy with interesting work that genuinely makes a difference to our guest and travel partners’ experience of our incredible brands.

“We are a small but perfectly formed team of 20, having grown 60%-plus in the last year.

“We are continuing to expand the team, meaning there are fantastic opportunities to come and join as an assistant concierge or international reservation concierge.”
