Private home rental brand Onefinestay has partnered with insurance firm AXA to offer guests at its worldwide properties free, non-urgent medical care.
The service (ALL - Accor Live Limitless - Medical solutions) has been available at all Accor properties since July 2020 and was rolled out to onefinestay in late October.
Under the programme, guests staying at any of the brand’s homes, villas or chalets will have access to a qualified doctor 24/7, with complimentary phone consultations available on request via onefinestay’s concierge. The service can also connect guests with a local AXA medical certified professional to arrange an in-person appointment.

“Since the pandemic, we have recognised how travelling has changed, and we remain one of the only villa and chalet brands to offer this service. The partnership with AXA ensures that even unforeseen medical circumstances can be approached in a stress-free manner with expert advice on-hand around the clock.”
The announcement comes as onefinestay expands into 14 new destinations this year with more than 500 new properties launching, including recently added villa collections in Santorini, Mykonos, Ibiza and the Costa del Sol, and new chalets in Aspen, Jackson Hole and Park City in the US.
