NH Hotels creates VIP concept
Main features include early VIP check-in and late VIP check-out, a private luxury breakfast lounge, use of a meeting room on the VIP level (floor 15), complimentary snacks and drinks, access to the gym and spa, private transfers, local shopping deals and car hire arrangement, and priority booking for reservations at DiverXO, the only three Michelin starred restaurant in Madrid. Fast free Wi-fi is available throughout the hotel, including the guest rooms.
NH Eurobuilding Collection VIP Level is available to the guests of 64 of its rooms, varying from the two technology-focused rooms of 40m², with wireless charging facilities and a projector in the bathroom, to the 55 premium rooms (36m² or 40m²), the 2 junior suites of 110m² with private terraces and the main presidential suite of 150m². Premium rooms have a mini-bar, Nespresso machines, flatscreen televisions , large rain-showers, washing facilities with modern glass finish and soundproof doors for ultimate levels of privacy and comfort as standard.
The VIP Level experience will be rolled out to other hotels within the premium brand, which consist of four and five star hotels with distinctive character, in prime locations, with special touches throughout.
Javier Friera, General Manger of NH Collection Eurobuilding said: “We are building a brand. The concept is to go elsewhere within the collection but this is the first one.”
The hotel boasts the first-ever holographic telepresence system in a hotel as well as having the only living technology laboratory within the hotel industry in its Living Lab initiative, whereby guests can use wireless chargers and sleep monitoring systems, as well as video link up to reception.
As well as the aforementioned David Muñoz’s DiverXO restaurant, the main restaurant is DOMO, which is run by the chef Luis Bartolomé with two-Michelin-star Paco Roncero acting as a consultant, alongside mixologist Diego Cabrera. There’s also a premium sushi restaurant: 99 Sushi Bar.
A vast vaulted screen projecting digital artwork across the main lobby completes the futuristic look of the hotel.
