Relaunch emphasises operator’s focus on detail
Elegant Resorts has launched its new brand identity alongside a campaign titled ‘It’s in the Detail’.
The campaign encompasses a new logo and brand colours, as well as a “renewed focus on detail” reflected in the operator’s programmes and personalised itineraries.
Speaking to Aspire, Lisa Fitzell, managing director at Elegant Resorts, said: “With this rebrand, we aim to reaffirm our position as a luxury travel pioneer, and inspire existing guests and a younger audience. We also want to support our agent partners with assets to help them grow their businesses.
“With a world that is constantly evolving, we need to ensure we meet the needs of the luxury traveller of today and tomorrow, while reminding ourselves of who we are.”
She added: “As we introduce the brand’s refreshed identity to the world, we invite both loyal clients and new explorers to rediscover the magic of travel, inspired by a dedication to detail and decades of expertise.”
The It’s in the Detail campaign was created in partnership with marketing agency Accord after “extensive” market research that found luxury travellers are seeking hyper-personalisation and exclusive experiences. It launched across Elegant Resorts’ website and social media channels today (December 18).
