The Ritz-Carlton, Abama in Tenerife will unveil its Ritz-Carlton Club in November.

This new addition, which follows the resort’s official renaming in June, will offer a hotel within a hotel experience for guests who want an extra level of service.

It includes a private guest lounge, 20 deluxe rooms and two suites on the 10th floor of the resort’s Moorish-inspired Citadel building.

The lounge, accessed by a personal elevator key, will offer a tranquil setting to eat, rest, and play. Overlooking the impressive Teide Mountain range and the Golf Club, the lounge will also include an outdoor terrace.

A dedicated concierge will be available from 6am-11pm to make dinner reservations and book the resort’s exclusive excursions such as a Michelin star-gazing picnic at Teide, whale watching by sail boat or walking tours through Masca.

The concierge can also change flights, handle check-ins to arranging Flight Bites Boxes for early check-outs.

Club guests also get a hot buffet breakfast, light lunch, afternoon tea, pre-dinner bites, cocktails and night-caps, and free WiFi and access to PCs.
