, which is near Habaraduwa 12km from Galle on the south coast, will welcome guests into the boutique hotel and beach club from December. The hotel is owned by interior designer, George Cooper, who also owns Kahanda Kanda set on a tea plantation on Lake Koggola near Galle.

KK Beach will have four suites with views of the sea and full length sliding glass panels. The open plan ground floor will house a restaurant serving fresh seafood babrbecues, traditional Sri Lankan curries and western dishes with a local twist.
