Kerry Golds to join concierge firm Ten Lifestyle Group as travel CEO

Abercrombie & Kent's former global chief tour operating officer Kerry Golds is to join luxury concierge service Ten Lifestyle Group as chief executive of its travel division.

In her previous role, Golds was responsible for the growth and operations of global tour operating in the UK, Europe, USA and Australia.

She left the luxury operator in May after more than 10 years with the firm. She has previously held a variety of leadership roles for travel brands including Western & Oriental and Travel 2.

A statement from Ten Lifestyle Group said Golds’ appointment “aligns with Ten’s data-led decision to invest into luxury travel as a valuable, core element in the group’s service offering, which spans travel, lifestyle, dining, entertainment and luxury retail.”

It added: “Ten delivers these services to its large and growing wealthy and affluent membership base in the UK and globally.”

Golds will start in her new role as chief executive of Ten Luxury Travel on January 15.

Alex Cheatle, chief executive of Ten Lifestyle Group, said: “Kerry brings a formidable leadership track record in managing the highest quality travel services in the world.

“Her experience in delivering solutions for high net worth consumers will complement Ten’s already outstanding offering and help drive growth and service quality.”

Golds added: “I am delighted to be joining Ten, the indisputable leader in the lifestyle and concierge field.

“The opportunity to expand Ten’s travel offering to their client base as they celebrate their 25 year anniversary is incredibly exciting. I relish the challenge ahead and look forward to helping Ten deliver truly exceptional experiences to their members.”
