Joali Maldives launches branded private seaplane

Joali Maldives has launched a new luxury private branded seaplane for exclusive guest use.

The Joali private seaplane is operated by Trans Maldivian Airways and will make the 45-minute journey between Male airport and the Raa Atoll in the northern region of the Maldives where the hotel is located.

The aircraft has room for up to eight people and features cream leather seats with woodgrain trim and noise-cancelling Bose headsets in rose gold.

Joali said the new direct flight would reduce long wait times and allow more flexibility for operating schedules.

It said the new aircraft complemented its transfer experience from Male airport, which includes a private lounge reserved exclusively for guests with complimentary drinks and snacks.
