Irene Forte to speak at Connections event" alt="" width="299" height="199" align="right" class="newsArticleImage">

Irene Forte has been confirmed as the guest of honour at the Connections Luxury event being held in Italy in April.

Forte is the brand manager of Rocco Forte Hotels, and the daughter of Sir Rocco Forte, founder and chairman of the renowned hotel group. She will be addressing delegates on the subject of wellbeing.

During her time with the business, Irene Forte has shaped Rocco Forte’s brand standards, and recently launched Rocco Forte Spas and Forte Organics. She has also received government funding to create a careers and development app for the hospitality industry.

Before joining Rocco Forte’s central team, she held roles including communications manager at the company’s Verdura Resort in Sicily, which will be hosting the?Connections event.

Connections Luxury launched in 2014, with events taking place in the UK, continental Europe, Asia and the Middle East.

The events bring together buyers and suppliers of luxury travel from around the world and encourage the development of commercial relationships over unique experience-led programmes.

The forthcoming event in Italy on April 3-6 will be followed by the next in the series in Thailand in June and Brazi
