If Only moves to new office in Glasgow city centre

If Only has relocated to a new head office in Glasgow city centre.

After spending five years at its Waterloo Street headquarters, the operator is now up and running at 10 Bothwell Street.

If Only general manager Gordon McCreadie said the space will enable a “more collaborative and inspiring work environment” for the company’s employees thanks to its open-plan layout.

McCreadie added: “After a long search, we decided that Bothwell Street is the perfect home for our business.

“We were looking for a new space in central Glasgow that can accommodate more flexible working methods and we feel this location will give us that, with modern co-working areas, lots of social space, dedicated meeting and training areas and an amazing breakout area.

“It’s an open-plan environment and we can host people here – I want agents and suppliers to come and see what we are about as an organisation.”

The office is located a short walk from Glasgow’s main railway stations as well as shops, cafes and restaurants.

McCreadie said: “This is the perfect area for our business to grow and flourish to help deliver our bold vision for future growth via the trade.”
