Fred Holidays Rail Journeys has unveiled two packages featuring Le Grand Tour France, a luxury sleeper train which launches in October.
The operator is offering a three-night land package and an eight-night cruise-and-rail package and said demand for the new train is “huge”.
The luxury train accommodates 36 passengers and features immersive shows and gourmet dining created by France’s only three-Michelin-starred chef.
The three-night package features a two-night stay in Paris and an overnight journey round trip from Paris on Le Grand Tour.
There are departures in October, November and December with prices from £2,499 including return travel on Eurostar, two nights in a four-star hotel in Paris, the journey on Le Grand Tour with all meals and wine with lunch and dinner, excursions and overseas transfers.
The eight-night package combines a seven-night Seine river cruise with an overnight journey on Le Grand Tour. It departs October 25 with prices from £3,899 including return travel from the UK on Eurostar, the cruise and the journey on Le Grand Tour.
For both itineraries, Fred Holidays can also offer a flight-inclusive package with departures from regional airports and an additional overnight stay in Paris on the last day for the same price.
