Exsus Travel records best sales month in 24-year history

Luxury tailor-made tour operator Exsus Travel has recorded its best sales month in its 24-year history.

The operator said its January sales were up more than 75% year on year which it attributes to travel agents, saying they account for 85% of its revenue.

Head of trade sales Neil Sealy (pictured) said: “Like everyone in travel, our fantastic team have worked flat out in January and it is wonderful to see their efforts paying off.

“This would not be possible without the support of all our amazing travel agents who account for over 85% of our revenue. We are grateful to every single one of them.

“Whilst our beach product across the Mediterranean, Indian Ocean and Caribbean is still proving ever popular, we have seen a rebound in multi-centre private travel, with South East Asia, Australia and New Zealand, Latin America and Canada and South Africa all proving a hit amongst clients.”

He added: “It’s an exciting time for the business and we can’t wait to see where 2023 takes us.”
