New MSC Group luxury offshoot Explora Journeys has unveiled its plans for its debut Alaska season in 2024.

Three itineraries will be operated by the ship Explora I from Vancouver starting from May 6, 2024.

The ten and 11-night cruises will run until August that year.

Chief executive Michael Ungerer said: “Explora Journeys’ Alaskan experience will inspire and excite in equal measure, especially for those who are curious for remarkable exploration. 

“Blending luxury and adventure from soaring mountains, Arctic tundra, giant rivers, fjords, and glaciers, to deep, frozen oceans and vibrant wildlife, Explora Journeys will ensure a one-of-a kind experience. 

“These journeys will also offer guests the opportunity to unlock our unique philosophy, the Ocean State of Mind, an elevated state of mind inspired by the sea, as elusive as it is sought after.”
