Luxury operator’s plans for next year include fam trips, events and training opportunities
Carrier has outlined its plans to support the trade with £300,000 worth of investment allocated for 2025.
Speaking at its inaugural Summit conference at Corinthia London on November 25, the operator’s head of trade partnerships, Lee Marshall (pictured on stage), said: “Our aim is to nurture partnerships that are meaningful, and all of our energy is invested with that outcome in mind.”
To do this, the team will host eight live webinars and two face-to-face Carrier Connects sessions at their office in Manchester. Marshall also praised the first Carrier Retreat, which took place in Corfu in May, saying: “The Retreat was such a success this year that it will become a permanent feature in our agent calendar.”
Next year, Carrier will also introduce a new Business Accelerator Course led by Sinead Healy, founder and managing director of coaching company Marmalade Development. Beginning in March, the course will consist of three in-person group sessions spread across nine months, with the aim of helping agents work on their business goals. The course will also include two individual coaching sessions.
The price of the course is £1,400 per person, and Carrier has pledged to cover £400 for each attendee.
The team also announced the launch of the operator’s first cruise brochure and said they’re planning a number of “exclusive” fam trips for 2025.
The plans for next year follow the recent addition of two new members to the Carrier team. Amy Roullier has joined from Kuoni as national key account manager, while Rebecca Turner has been appointed head of product after five years at Elegant Resorts.
