BA to resume Libya flights

The airline plans three flights a week from Heathrow to Tripoli.

Flights were suspended almost a year ago amid rising tensions in the North African country.

The return of services in the wake of the fall of former dictator Muammar Gaddafi last October follows a “thorough security review” in conjunction with the UK government and Libyan authorities, the airline said.
