Luxury operator Audley Travel has launched a digital magazine, with one version aimed at consumers and another for travel agents.
Called Adventures & Escapes, the digital flipbook aims to inspire bookings for 2021 and 2022.
Agents can host the trade version on their websites, feature it on emails and share on social media. It has call-to-action messages of “contact your local independent travel agent” instead of Audley’s contact details.
Adventures & Escapes features itinerary suggestions and experiences that can inspire a client’s ideal trip.
Food recommendations include a Cape Winelands tour in South Africa, wine blending in France, a Creole cooking class in New Orleans and cooking in Italy.
Wildlife experiences include the Great Migration in Africa, wolf tracking in Yellowstone National Park, polar bear encounters in the Arctic and bear watching in Japan.
Beach options include fly-fishing in the Seychelles, a private beach in Fiji and starlight canoeing in Thailand.
Historical and architectural experiences feature Egypt’s Bent pyramid, exploring Cambodian temples by torchlight and climbing Sydney’s Harbour Bridge.
A 10-day trip to Yellowstone and Grand Teton costs from £2,990, which includes flights, accommodation, transfers, car hire and excursions.
Greg Thurston, trade sales manager, said: “It has been our ambition for a while now to provide trade?tailored marketing and we are delighted to be able to deliver this with our inspirational Adventures & Escapes digital magazine. We hope agents find it useful in helping their clients find their ideal trip for 2021.”
The magazine is available from November 9 from Audley’s agent Facebook group.
Clients who book before December 31 can amend their trip for free up to 45 days before departure.
