ATM: Jebel Ali eyes 'significant expansion' beyond UAE

The Dubai-centric group, which is 30 years old this year, has already started work on?Round?Island Resort and is actively looking for new locations.

Sales and marketing director Anabela Radosevic was unable to reveal where these new hotels might be but said significant expansion was planned.

The group will close its most luxurious property Palm?Tree Court from June 5 until the end of August for a major refurbishment.

Jebel Ali became the first hotel group to introduce the all-inclusive concept to Dubai six months ago, and Radosevic said it has been a great success so far.

She said: “We wanted to prove that you don’t lose quality when you introduce all-inclusive.

“People want to budget their spend and it has proven particularly popular with UK guest, 60% of whom have elected to stay on an all-inclus
