Aspire Award winners crowned

n honoured at this year's Aspire Awards.

The awards, which form part of sister title Travel Weekly's Agent Achievement Awards, saw four agents rewarded for their hard work and dedication to growing luxury sales. More than 850 people descended on the Westminster Park Plaza for the glittering ceremony.

The winners of the Aspire Awards, sponsored by Celebrity Cruises, were:

Extra Mile Award - Simone Adams, Pure Destinations

Homeworker of the Year - Sarah Cook, Triangle Travel

Independent Agency of the Year - Swords Travel

Agent of the Year - Dan Salmon, Never A Wasted Journey

Winner Dan Salmon said: "I am extremely honoured to have received Aspire Agent of the Year. I've been named a finalist (in Travel Weekly categories) over the last few years, which I think it was a good thing, because it made me work harder to try and do better than I've ever done.

"Winning this award wouldn't have been possible without the inspiration and support I have received from everyone in the travel industry who have all helped me to get where I am today.
