Anantara has announced plans to offer luxury train journeys in Vietnam.
The line’s new offering, called The Vietage, is a 12-seater carriage which will take guests between Da Nang and Quy Nhon in Vietnam.
It will depart from Da Nang station every morning for the six-hour journey to Quy Nhon, returning each evening. The journey can be booked on a one-way basis or as a return. Anantara said the train will begin offering departures from July 1.
Guests onboard will experience gourmet dining, with head and shoulder massages also on offer
In a statement teasing The Vietage, Anantara said: “Bringing luxury railway travel to south central Vietnam, the custom-designed opulent carriage, with just 12 reservation-only seats, will immerse its guests into the culture, nature and history of the country through the stories of its daily return journey.”
