Aman launches new wellness programmes

Aman has unveiled a host of new wellness programmes at a number of its resorts.

The hotel group said the programmes had been designed to help guests find their "optimum health" and drew on advanced medicine and scientific knowledge as well as ancient wellness traditions.

At Amanpuri in Thailand, the brand’s first resort to provide medical services, Aman has launched a new five-night Integrated Medical Immune Support Immersion geared towards improving immune defence.

It includes a private, doctor-led consultation and assessment, as well as six intravenous infusions, four medical sessions, two 90-minute spa treatments, two 60-minute private movement sessions and all meals and daily health juices and shots from a personalised nutrition plan.

A Traditional Medicine Immune Support Retreat will be available at Amanyara in Turks and Caicos, Amanzoe in Greece and Amanoi, Vietnam.

The programme uses traditional Chinese medicine practices such as acupuncture, moxibustion, acupressure massage, herbal medicine and cardiovascular exercise, and is offered for a minimum of three nights.

At Amanbagh in India, an Ayurveda Immune Support Retreat will be offered for a minimum of four nights, hosted by the resort’s resident Ayurveda physician.

A Holistic Immune Support Retreat rooted in nature will also be available at Amanera in Dominican Republic, Amanemu in Japan and Amanjena in Marrakech, while new Immune Support Spa Treatments will be offered at Aman Tokyo in Japan.
