App features itinerary planning tools, concierge services and a portfolio of high-end hotels
A new booking platform has launched to offer a “robust planning ecosystem” for luxury travel advisors.
Backed by travel technology provider HBX Group, The Luxurist harnesses innovative technology to connect high-end agents with hotels around the world “via a seamless interface designed exclusively for the luxury segment”.
The platform gives advisors access to a portfolio of more than 3,300 properties across 141 countries and features tools such as AI-driven end-to-end itinerary planning, inventory management and booking confirmation, a 24/7 concierge service and access to special rates and amenities.
The Luxurist is currently available in the US, with European markets set to follow.
The brand said the move came as the luxury travel sector experienced “unprecedented growth”, citing a recent report from strategist Mckinsey & Company that predicted the sector will grow to $391 billion by 2028.
The platform’s launch aims to “capitalise on this momentum to catalyse a paradigm shift in how luxury travel is curated, executed and managed”.
The Luxurist has reportedly received “significant interest” from travel advisors and luxury hospitality brands which the brand said showed “a strong demand for innovation in the luxury travel sector”.
