Tourism New Zealand webinar aims to help agents deal with stress

Tourism New Zealand is hosting a webinar to help agents improve their wellbeing and deal with stress and anxiety effectively.

The tourist board is partnering with the Resilience Institute for the free webinar which aims to provide tips on handling challenging situations.  Tourism New Zealand said it hoped the session would assist agents in strengthening their resilience to help them “bounce back stronger both personally and professionally”.

The 30-minute session will be held at 9am on June 18.

Kate Fenton, UK trade manager, said: “We recognise that our tour operators and agencies are fully stretched during this challenging time, and maybe do not have the bandwidth at this time to offer wellbeing or development programmes to their teams right now, so we’re hoping to help by filling that gap, and offering some support to our awesome travel trade here in the UK.”
