Safari and Africa specialist Knighton Reeve announces management buyout

purchased the business from The Curzon Corporation Ltd for an undisclosed sum.

The pair have become joint directors in parent company The Knavesmire Travel Group Ltd.

Hall said “African Pride has enjoyed great success since the business started and latterly, the luxury Knighton Reeve programme has added to this success. “Curzon has been excellent and supportive owners and were keen to see continuity preserved with the sale. I spoke with David Holland and together we were delighted to take this rare opportunity to buy a successful and well-known specialist business. We are extremely grateful for Curzon’s support and guidance over the years and the fair and honourable way by which they have proceeded with the sale.” As the new owners, Hall and Holland have taken over all aspects of the two brands with all staff agreeing to remain.
