Rosewood unveils Alchemy of Sleep retreats

Rosewood Hotels & Resorts has launched a new global collection of immersive retreats designed to promote rest.

The brand said its new Alchemy of Sleep programme is dedicated to those setting intentions for “profound change” in the new year with a focus on sleep-inducing treatments, movement-driven activities and special amenities.

A total of 20 properties will be taking part in the retreats between January and March, with each reflecting the respective destination’s wellness customs and natural surroundings.

The retreats will address areas including nutrition, movement and mindfulness and include a mix of treatments and experiences, expert consultations and classes to ensure each guest finds skills to incorporate into their everyday life.

Guests can opt for a one-night ‘Dreamscape’ or extend from two to five nights for a ‘Sleep Transformation’.

Curated Sleep Boxes featuring products that rebalance such as essential oil blends, tea blends, aromatherapy linen mists and silk eye masks can be added as a supplement.

Retreat highlights include healing sound bath therapy and in-room meditation at the newly debuted Rosewood Le Guanahani St. Barth; ‘Float Fit’ sessions and restorative yoga in Rosewood Mayakoba's private cenote; and hikes through The Baths National Park in the British Virgin Islands and Yoga Nindra (‘Yogic Sleep’) under the stars before bedtime rituals at Rosewood Little Dix Bay.

“While the return to an on-the-go lifestyle is in sight for 2022, taking time for true rest and reset is essential for ensuring good health at every level,” said Emmanuel Arroyo, regional director of wellness at Rosewood Hotels & Resorts.

“We designed our Alchemy of Sleep experiences to provide guests with the tools they need for slowing down and establishing lasting sleep hygiene habits, which will have a greater impact on their overall wellbeing.”

The launch of Alchemy of Sleep coincides with the debut of the Bryte Sleep Suites at Rosewood Miramar Beach and Rosewood Sand Hill in California.

The suites feature Bryte Restorative Beds which allow for individual heating and cooling personalised to each guest's profile, with Circadian Climate technology directly impacting the sleeper’s core body temperature.

The resorts also offer outdoor CBD treatments and meditations.
