Rosewood launches new brand for business travellers

l Group has launched a new upscale business hotel brand, targeting a new generation of business traveller.

Khos was unveiled at ILTM in Cannes, with Rosewood claiming there’s a gap in the market for a the “modern day business traveller” who don’t want to sacrifice wellness and socialises for “the predictable functionality of a traditional business hotel.”

Plans are at the early stages, but the intention is for Khos to have a presence in various cities around the world. Resort destinations are also being considered.

The first Khos hotels are expected to be announced and opened next year.

Sonia Cheng, chief executive officer of Rosewood Hotel Group, said: "We have created KHOS to serve the needs of the new generation of business travellers, individuals who are constantly on the move and crave places to stay that understand, mirror and support their dynamic personas.

"Hotels have not kept pace with the evolution of this group of travellers and KHOS reflects a new age in hospitality in which business travel is inseparable from lifestyle."&nb
