Commissionable tickets available for Raymond Blanc dinner experience

Travel agents can earn commission on tickets to an exclusive dinner with chef Raymond Blanc and former French footballer Emmanuel Petit in Oxford next month.

Event organisers E-Voyages Group, a tour operator and DMC in the UK and Ireland, is offering a 5% commission on the £825 tickets.

The event is set to take place on November 12 at Belmond hotel Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons, which under Blanc has been awarded two Michelin stars.

The event will include a champagne reception and a four-course meal in the hotel’s private dining room, La Belle Epoque. Blanc’s menu is said to celebrate 90 herbs and vegetables from the two-acre kitchen garden.

Special guest Petit played as a midfielder at club level for Arsenal and Chelsea, and represented France at international level in two FIFA World Cups and two UEFA European championships.

In total he won 63 caps for France and scored six goals. Domestically he played 385 games and scored 16 times.

Now retired, Petit is a consultant for RMC Sport and an author of thriller novels.

For an additional cost, guests can choose to stay overnight at the hotel. Prices range between £1,037 and £1,334 per room, depending on room type and availability and based on double occupancy, including breakfast.

E-Voyages founder and chief executive Emmanuelle Spriet said: “We are delighted to announce this exclusive event and look forward to seeing you all at Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons and sharing a fabulous evening with special guests."

The event has been designed for a maximum of 42 guests.
