Mundy Cruising achieves ‘better than ever’ Investors in People accreditation

Mundy Cruising has seen its Investors in People accreditation renewed with “better than ever” results.

An assessment measured all aspects of how the specialist luxury and expedition cruise agency works.

High ratings were handed out across the board in a range of categories ranging from leading and inspiring, empowering and involving, through to delivering continuous improvement and creating sustainable success.

Managing director Edwina Lonsdale said: “We have worked with Investors in People for over 15 years and the accreditation really matters to us as it offers a truly independent and officially-recognised certification of workplace excellence, especially since the company has changed so much post-pandemic.”

Sales marketing and operations director Alex Loizou added: “We are delighted with the award. We are enjoying triple-figure growth this year, and clearly much of that is going to be down to our culture, our team and the relationships of trust they build with our discerning clientele.

“The Investors in People accreditation recognises, measures and reports on how we support this team to help grow the business.”

Paul Devoy, chief executive of Investors in People, said: “We’d like to congratulate Mundy Cruising. Being accredited with ‘We invest in people’ is a remarkable effort for any organisation, and places Mundy in fine company with a host of organisations that understand the value of people.”
