Additional speakers have been confirmed for next week's Leaders of Luxury conference.
Lisa Fitzell, managing director of Elegant Resorts; Andy Christie, group private jets director of Air Charter Service; and Radha Arora, president of Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, all join this year's speakers list.
Reflecting restrictions on face-to-face gatherings, the event, sponsored by One&Only, Air Charter Service and Abercrombie & Kent, is being held virtually on October 8 and 9, and for the first time will incorporate dedicated agent training opportunities.
Delegates will also hear from Geoffrey Kent, founder and co-chairman of Abercrombie & Kent; Neil Jacobs, chief executive of Six Senses; Helen Brocklebank, chief executive of Walpole over the course of the two days.
Aspire will also host a live Q&A with renowned designer and architect Bill Bensley.
Other speakers include Kerzner International’s COO Brett Armitage; Black Tomato co-founder Tom Marchant; Carrier’s managing director Mark Duguid and Joanna Causon, chief executive of the Institute of Customer Service.
The morning sessions will run from 9am until 11.30am.
Attendance is free, with those who register accessing content before it is published to a wider audience across Aspire and sister brand Travel Weekly’s channels.
In the afternoons, Aspire will host agent training sessions, giving suppliers an opportunity to present brands, product and messages to the best luxury sellers in the business.
Hollie-Rae Brader, editor of Aspire, said: “I’m delighted to reveal details of this year’s Leaders of Luxury conference.
“Although we may not be able to host our delegates in person this year, we have a brilliant line-up of speakers who will no doubt provide tremendous insight as we address the challenges and opportunities of luxury travel in the current climate.
“We will look at what the next chapter of luxury travel looks like, as well as discussing themes including trust, customer service, opportunity and sustainability."
