JNTO updates UK trade training programme

The Japan National Tourism Organisation has released a new training course for British travel agents and tour operators.

Its intermediate course introduces a variety of outdoor activities, gardens, modern art and cultural experiences.

The JNTO launches its e-learning platform earlier this year on OTT.

Head of trade partnerships and marketing, Yumi Takakubo, said: “We welcome new registrants to the OTT Japan training, which is a perfect tool to understand what British people generally look for in Japan holidays. Combining knowledge from the Basic course, we hope this e-learning course helps registrants arrange a fun-packed personalised holiday for their clients.”

Registrants who complete both basics and intermediate training by December 1, 2020, are automatically entered in the chance to win one of five portable aroma diffusers from MUJI.
