Available to rent in July and August the company has introduced them due to increased demand.

Head of sales Adam Coats said: ““Ibiza is on trend for urbanites, proven by the number of enquiries we’ve had over the past year.

“We will continue to add to our portfolio to satisfy our clients’ interests in trendy and sophisticated places.”

The collection includes Villa Es Verda in the mountains surrounded by five acres of gardens but just five minutes from the beach and 10 miles from Ibiza town.

It sleeps up to 12 people, has an infinity pool overlooking the sea and costs from £3,332 per week.

For an uber contemporary party pad there is the minimalistic glass fronted Villa Lujosa a mile from Ibiza town decked with sun terraces, pool and separate apartment for late night revellers.? It costs from £14,161 per weekand sleeps 10.
