The 18th century property is located in the west of France in the Nouvelle Aquitaine region, formally known as Poitou-Charentes.

Details about the project are limited, however the property will boast an organic farm equestrian centre and secret gardens. It will also have an “innovative health and wellness concept” and an “impressive art collection”.
