A 94-room resort will open in Mykonos in summer 2025
Four Seasons has unveiled plans to open its second hotel in Greece on the island of Mykonos in summer 2025.
Located on the coast of Kalo Livadi Bay, the property will feature 94 rooms, suites and villas.
There will be variety of dining options including an alfresco poolside Italian restaurant, a modern-style Mykonian café, and a beachside venue.
Guests will also have access to an infinity swimming pool, a spa with several treatment rooms, fitness facilities and indoor and outdoor venues for meetings and events.
Designed by Greek architect Nicos Valsamakis, the resort will be developed in a Cycladic style, featuring white cubic architecture, whitewashed courtyards and traditional pathways and piazzas.
Bart Carnahan, president of global business development and portfolio management and residential, said: “Expanding our presence in Greece has been a key focus for us for many years, and we have continued to search for the right opportunities to grow in this important market.
“Following the success of our partnership with AGC Equity Partners on our award-winning hotel in Athens, we knew that this new resort in Mykonos would be the perfect addition to our portfolio in this beautiful country. We look forward to welcoming guests to the ultimate beachside retreat when we open our doors.”
Chief executive of AGC Equity Partners Walid Abu-Suud added: “Our decision to expand our investment portfolio in Greece and develop another landmark destination in Mykonos constitutes evidence of our increased confidence in, and commitment to, the country’s growth in high-end tourism.
“We have no doubt that this resort will become a destination in its own right for international and local tourism. We look forward to collaborating with Four Seasons in Greece once again.”
