CV Villas reports ‘huge upturn’ in enquiries following roadmap announcement

CV Villas has recorded a surge in booking enquiries for summer 2021 following the Prime Minister’s announcement plotting a roadmap out of lockdown earlier this week.

Since Monday, the luxury tour operator has seen a 196% increase in website traffic, a 173% increase in the number of online enquiries and a 272% increase in the number of phone enquiries.

Managing director Tristan Symondson said: “We are delighted to have seen a huge upturn in enquiries over the last 24 hours from customers that are confident that they will be able to travel this summer, but also who trust us as a business to do right by them if they can’t.

“By booking with a reputable, fully bonded tour operator like ourselves, customers can be sure that their money is protected should they not be able to travel due to restrictions in place.

“Even if they decide not to travel for any other reason, by booking one of our flexi villas, guests can change dates, up to the balance payment stage. Our team is working very hard to contact all customers due to depart before May 17 as well as handle all new enquiries, matching them with the perfect holiday house, as and when they are ready.”

He added: “The picture looks much brighter and it looks as though the summer holiday season we are all so desperately hoping for should become a reality.”

CV Villas has introduced a CV ‘Flexi’ Villas range, which applies to new bookings made from November 1, 2020 for travel in 2021. It means that guests can amend their travel dates once for any reason and at any point before the final balance payment stage (nine weeks prior to travel).
