Operator has broadened its city breaks programme to now cover more than 70 destinations
Classic Collection has introduced new city breaks in Canada and expanded its portfolio of European cities to include Pisa and Zurich.
The new destinations feature on Classic’s agent-only booking portal as the operator broadens its city breaks programme to more than 70 destinations.
Classic is offering 30 properties in Pisa, which has been introduced thanks to the agreement between parent company On the Beach and Ryanair.
Other Italian cities offered by Classic are Bologna, Florence, Genoa, Milan, Naples, Rome, Turin, Venice and Verona.
Si Morris-Green, B2B director, said Pisa can be a “competitively priced standalone” city break or part of a higher-value twin-centre holiday with neighbouring Bologna, Genoa and Florence.
He added: “Zurich lends itself to our range of new, pre-bookable ‘Classic Flavours’ with over 40 activities and experiences available to bolt on to a break in the Swiss city.”
Prices for three nights on a B&B basis at the Zleep Hotel Zurick Kloten start from £459 in March.
It includes a tour of Zurich’s Old Town, boat trip and a visit to the Lindt Home of Chocolate.
Canada features with the operator for the first time with the introduction of Toronto and Vancouver (pictured).
Morris-Green said: “Demand is driving a rapid expansion of our cities programme. From cities as far afield as Seattle and Tokyo, to those as close to home as Dublin, we now feature more than 70 city destinations.”
“We’re happy with our performance in the Americas. Our nine US cities are now joined by two in Canada, and Mexico City will be next to debut on our agent-only booking portal,” said Morris-Green.
