Chopper transfers launched for Song Saa
Cambodia’s first private island retreat has just become a whole lot more accessible.
From November 1 private helicopter transfers will be available to Song Saa?from Phnom Penh meaning guests will be on the island, which is located in Koh Rong Archipelago, in just 90 minutes.
Transfers will depart from the Sofitel Hotel’s roof-top heli-pad or from Phnom Penh International Airport, and will operate 4 days a week (Mon/Weds/Fri/Sat) priced from $688 each way.
A partnership with the hotel allows Song Saa guests day-use of their luxury deluxe bedrooms and access to the Sofitel Club Lounge or the chance to sleep off a longer journey with an overnight stay in the city.
Complimentary one-way helicopter transfers are included for all guests staying over 7 nights and return transfers for stays over 12 nights.
The chopper takes a maximum of five people and excess luggage can be transported separately by road for same day arrival.
