Beaverbrook to open London Town House property

Beaverbrook hotel is to open a new luxury townhouse property in London.

The Sloane Street property, asset to be named The Beaverbrook Town House, is being opened in partnership with Cadogan.

It will open in summer 2021, after the two Georgian townhouses which make up the property undergo an extensive £25million restoration project.

The new hotel, which will have 14 suites, a Japanese restaurant and bar, will create 55 jobs.

Joel Cadbury, co-founder Beaverbrook, said: “We are very proud of what we have created with Beaverbrook and we are incredibly excited about the next stage of our adventure. The brands that we partner with are aspirational and industry leading and this partnership encapsulates that philosophy.

Ollie Vigors, co-founder Beaverbrook, added“Luxury hospitality has been transformed in recent years and travelers now seek a more bespoke, personal experience that prioritises wellbeing and offers exceptional, tailored service.

“Despite the current, exceptional pressures on the industry, there will be opportunities for creative luxury businesses to emerge stronger from this period and I am delighted that we are able to create 55 jobs with such an amazing partnership.

“We hope this can be the beginning of a long and successful relationship with Cadogan, and we look forward to expanding in a way that complements our existing offering, providing our members with an intimate and unrivalled London postcode, at the same time as giving us the opportunity to introduce a new wave of visitors to the charismatic character of Beaverbrook.”
