Azamara unveils 2024 World Voyage itinerary

Azamara has released details of a new five-month World Voyage in 2024, covering more than 40 countries in six continents.

Azamara Onward, due to launch next spring, will operate the 155-night sailing, which includes 22 overnight stays and 27 late nights in port.

The itinerary, or one of the 10 shorter segments, goes on general sale on December 7. Past passengers can currently book the World Voyage.

Passengers can book a range of land excursions during the sailing.

A three-night Great Wall of China excursion, which includes visits to Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City in Beijing, is available.

Passengers can also choose a three-night itinerary to the Taj Mahal which includes sunrise and sunset visits to the Unesco World Heritage Site.

A six-night land excursion to Rio de Janeiro also features. A visit to the Christ the Redeemer statue, a cable car ride to Sugarloaf Mountain and a trip to Iguazú Falls are included in the excursion itinerary.

Azamara said shore excursions and overnight land excursions are available at an additional price.

Prices for the World Voyage, departing Fort Lauderdale on January 5, 2024, start from £25,630.
