Atlantis Dubai launches first online trade platform

Atlantis Dubai has launched its first online resource page for travel agent partners.

The platform sits within the main Atlantis website and features a range of downloadable toolkits, brochures, interactive maps and fact sheets.

The microsite includes the resort’s Covid-19 policies and health and safety measures, as well as updates on the launch of Atlantis, The Palm’s sister property Atlantis, The Royal, which is scheduled to open in Q4 2021.

Atlantis Dubai said the online resource page would make it “easier than ever” for the travel trade to stay up to speed with the resort’s latest news and developments.

“The support and business from our trade partners is extremely important to us, so we wanted to create a platform that was both easy to use and, more importantly, useful,” said Kyp Charalambous, vice president of sales at Atlantis Dubai.

“We have divided the site into helpful sections from Resort to Rooms and F&B to Aquaventure, so that agents can browse or print everything from half-board brochures and a map of the waterpark to a room benefit guide. The documents are accompanied by helpful facts and tips along the way, all designed to make guest education that much easier.”

He added: “We’re committed to being a trade-friendly resort and making it as easy as possible for partners to do business with us. We look forward to [agents'] feedback so that we can continue to evolve this prosperous relationship.”
