Aman prepares to reopen next wave of properties

Luxury hotel group Aman is set to reopen six properties in the coming weeks.

The next resorts to open will be US property Amangani in Wyoming and Amanemu in Japan, both slated for reopening on June 1. 

Amanjiwo in Indonesia will follow on June 15, followed by Amanruya in Turkey, Amanzoe in Greece and Aman Venice on June 18. 

Aman said Camp Sarika, a new offering at Amangiri in Utah would open for the first time on July 1.

The brand’s hotels in Kyoto, Utah, Vietnam and China are already open. 

Aman said it had put together details plans for each hotel in light of the pandemic, as well as following local government guidelines.  

It said its hotels benefitted from “generosity of space”, something it said had already been ingrained in its DNA.

Aman hotels tend to have private accommodations with private pools, low room counts and subtle service.
