Aman to open Miami property

Hotel and resort brand Aman has announced plans for a new property in Miami.

Aman Miami will open in 2023 on the site of the former Versailles Hotel on Miami Beach. It will span across two buildings on Collins Avenue, close to the Faena District.

The property, which was announced at ILTM in Cannes, will be Aman’s second city property in the US, following Aman New York opening in late 2020.

Vladislav Doronin, chairman and chief executive of Aman, said: “My strategy for Aman places continued focus on developing further urban destinations for the brand following the success of similar projects such as Aman Tokyo. Aman Miami will give our guests the opportunity to connect with Aman in a culturally rich urban environment, whilst also serving as a gateway to Amanera in the Dominican Republic and Amanyara in the Turks & Caicos.”
