Abercrombie & Kent boosts Wings Over the World collection

Abercrombie & Kent has expanded its collection of small-group, private jet tours to meet demand for milestone trips and bucket-list travel.

The tour operator has added an 11-day journey across New Zealand to its Wings Over the World Journeys, which exclusively feature private jet travel and are typically limited to 12 or 13 guests.

Wings Over New Zealand will take place in 2022 and feature a helicopter tour of Milford Sound, a glacier walk and a cruise around Auckland’s Waitemata Harbour on a 60ft catamaran. It is limited to 18 guests and starts from £26,920pp.

Abercrombie & Kent has also redesigned two journeys in Northern Europe and the Mediterranean.

Wings Over Northern Europe includes England, Iceland, Germany and Russia and features a stay at Iceland’s The Retreat at the Blue Lagoon and a private concert at the Isaak Brodsky House Museum on Arts Square in the centre of St. Petersburg. The 12-day tour is limited to 13 guests and starts from £24,610pp.

Meanwhile, the 13-day Wings Over the Mediterranean journey includes stops in Portugal, Spain, the Amalfi Coast and Dubrovnik and is limited to 13 guests. Prices start at £23,075pp.

The tour operator also offers Wings itineraries in East and Southern Africa; Israel, Jordan and Egypt; Spain and Morocco; Greece and Turkey; and Argentina, Chile and Brazil.

Every itinerary is led by an Abercrombie & Kent Resident Tour Director and includes a Design Your Day experience with a choice of at least three activities.

Guests can make use of A&K services such as Traveller’s Valet, a complimentary mid-journey laundry service; Travelling Bell Boy, to transfer luggage from hotel to hotel; and Breakfast in Bed, offering guests two mornings with continental breakfast served in their hotel room. Private arrival and departure transfers are always included.
