Air Charter Service to host private jet masterclass for travel agents

Air Charter Service has teamed up with author James Wallman to host a private jet travel itinerary masterclass for agents.

The operator's The Science of Experience Planning virtual event will be held on June 10, 2021 at 3pm. Attendance is free of charge.

Participants will hear about the key 'time design' concepts from Wallman's best-selling book, Time And How To Spent It, and learn how these theories can be applied to designing luxury travel experiences.

Wallman will guide attendees through an example itinerary and be on hand for questions during a Q&A at the end of the session.

“After more than a year of travel restrictions, travel agents will leave our session having picked up invaluable tools to help them design exceptional experiences for their clients - only made possible by private aviation,” Wallman said.

“These experiences will not only mean clients can take a break from their norm, but will help them embark on a life-affirming journey that provides them with show-stopping memories and stories.”

Air Charter Service and Wallman have also created a new collection of travel experiences inspired by the author’s philosophies on time.

Announced last month, the private jet operator said more detail would be revealed when the experiences launch this summer.

Ben Stevenson, head of Air Charter Service’s travel and concierge team, said: “The theories in Time And How To Spend It and the benefits of private aviation complement each other so well that we believe this to be a particularly exciting partnership.

“By removing the limitations of scheduled service, we have been able to use his research-based approach to design unique and unparalleled private travel experiences that travellers and travel agents are craving in a post-pandemic world.”
