Aspire is launching a new events series as it looks to reunite agents and suppliers following the challenges caused by the pandemic. The brand will run four Aspire Escapes this year – a series of overnight events connecting some of the best luxury agents in the business with supplier partners following what has been one of the toughest years for the industry.

Our agent members tell us that they want to see their supplier partners as soon as possible to ensure they remain at the forefront of the ever-changing luxury travel landscape and are up to speed on new product in the sector. Aspire Escapes will help agents and suppliers to forge new relationships and cement existing ones. With the number of attendees capped at 28 in total, we’re confident these events will be among the first in-person events in the sector once restrictions are lifted. 

There will be three Escapes across the year, with the first event held at The Fish in The Cotswolds from June 23-24. The event will feature 15 handpicked agents and a maximum of 10 suppliers, with the Aspire team ensuring a diverse mix of product is represented across all four Escapes. Agents will receive one-on-one business meetings with each supplier, plus networking opportunities outside of the formal meeting setting.

While the number of agents attending each event is small, we believe by limiting the number of delegates and by offering longer business meetings and more networking opportunities, suppliers have a greater chance of building long-lasting working relationships with true luxury specialists.

Our decision to run small scale events is a direct result of agent and supplier feedback, with both groups asking for longer business meetings. We also believe an event of this style is ideal as the travel industry emerges from the Covid-19 pandemic. Not only does the capacity ensure we can adhere to any restrictions that may still be in place later in the year, but we believe it will also be reassuring to those attending events for the first time in over a year.

Agents and suppliers will receive accommodation, group activities, lunch and dinner on day one of the event and breakfast on day two. Hosted drinks are also included, but drinks bought outside of hosted activities will be at the supplier or agents own cost.
