Event Details

Aspire will host four Aspire Escapes connecting luxury travel agents and high-end suppliers in 2022. Aspire launched the new overnight event series last year in a bid to reconnect the luxury travel sector following the challenges caused by the pandemic. Aspire will whisk 15 handpicked, luxury agents away on a country retreat, and alongside 10 suppliers the group gets maximum time to network and establish working relationships. The event includes one-to-one business meetings, group activities, lunch and dinner on the first day and breakfast the following day. 

The agents are chosen based on a set criteria to ensure the best possible luxury sellers are in attendance. Agents will only be invited to attend one Escape each year and will travel from across the country for each event.

While the number of agents attending each Escape is small, we believe by limiting the number of delegates and offering longer business meetings and more networking opportunities, suppliers have a greater chance of building long-lasting working relationships with true luxury specialists. Attending as a supplier is a great way to re-engage with and educate some of the best luxury agents in the business both formally via one-to-one meetings and informally over activities and meals. Activities at last year’s events at The Lygon Arms in the Cotswolds and Gleneagles in Scotland included falconry, shooting, archery and autumnal wreath making.

May 9-10 – University Arms, Cambridge ⁠June 13-14 – Cameron House, Loch Lomond ⁠September 5-6 – South Lodge, Horsham ⁠November 14-15 – Coworth Park, Ascot

The price

Supplier spaces at Aspire Escapes cost £2,500 per event. The price includes all F&B at the venue, overnight accommodation, networking with all agents attending the event and an activity. Suppliers that sign up will be listed as an event sponsor and participant on invitations to agents and in the event coverage of a future edition of Aspire. They will also get the chance to present a prize on the day in the prize draw which allows them a couple of minutes of speaking time to the entire group.
