Aspire Escapes

Aspire’s overnight event series will return in 2023 with events planned across the UK.

Aspire Escapes were introduced in 2021 with two successful events held at The Lygon Arms in the Cotswolds and Gleneagles in Scotland. In 2022, that increased to five with Escapes held in Cambridge, London, Loch Lomond, Horsham and Ascot.

This year's events are set to take place on the following dates:

June 15-16 – The Mitre Hampton Court, Surrey (in partnership with Tourism Australia)
June 19-20 – Rockliffe Hall, North Yorkshire
September 4-5 – Cameron House, Loch Lomond
October 2-3 – Northern Ireland
November 27-28 – The Lakes By Yoo in the Cotswolds

Four of the Escapes will be open to all types of suppliers while three of the events will showcase particular destinations, namely Canada, Finland and Australia, with those events attended only by suppliers with product from the relevant country. Agents will once again be hand-picked for each event.

Aspire editor Hollie-Rae Brader said: “Our Aspire Escapes have proved incredibly popular, with this year’s supplier slots selling out and an agent wait list of those wanting to attend. In May last year we ran our first Escape dedicated to one destination. Held in partnership with Destination Canada, the event was a huge success and I’m delighted we’ll be showcasing all things Canadian again in the spring as well as new events for luxury product in Australia and Finland.”

The price

Supplier spaces at Aspire Escapes cost £2,500 per event. The price includes all F&B at the venue, overnight accommodation, networking with all 15 agents attending the event and an activity. Suppliers that sign up will be listed as an event sponsor and participant on invitations to agents and in the event coverage of a future edition of Aspire. They will also get the chance to present a prize on the day in the prize draw which allows them a couple of minutes of speaking time to the entire group.
